WiseHM Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of WiseHM, the WiseHM website, web application, and related services. By using WiseHM, you agree to these Terms.

About WiseHM

WiseHM is a web workspace that helps creators, agencies, and small teams organize TikTok content planning, account connection, publishing workflows, and performance review. WiseHM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to use WiseHM. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Use of TikTok features

Some WiseHM features may require you to connect a TikTok account. You must authorize access through TikTok's official authorization flow before WiseHM can provide TikTok-enabled features. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of WiseHM complies with TikTok's terms, developer policies, community guidelines, and applicable laws.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use WiseHM to:

• Violate any law, regulation, third-party right, or platform policy.
• Upload, create, publish, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, security systems, or usage limits.

User content

You retain ownership of content that you provide to WiseHM. You grant WiseHM a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and display your content only as needed to provide and improve the service, operate requested workflows, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.
